Changing providers (Year 1)

The process should you choose to change providers to UCL is very straightforward. School Induction tutor to :

1. Complete the short ‘Registration your Interest Form’ on our website at https://www.netsp.co.uk/ecf/. We will then inform UCL that you wish for ECTs and mentors to be with them/NETSP with Tees Valley.
2. When registering your ECTs and their mentors on the DfE portal at https://www.register-early-career-teachers.education.gov.uk/ ensure that you choose UCL as the Lead Provider and UCL (if necessary) will soon change the Delivery Partner to NETSP with Tees Valley subject to you completing point 1 above

ECTs and their mentors will then (this can take a few days) receive access to UCL’s online platform (UCL eXtend) where the materials for the programme are held as well as being invited to sessions running for the programme (only new mentors - those who haven’t completed the programme in the past - will be expected to attend the sessions being run for mentors on the programme though they will receive access to all of the materials for the programme).

Changing providers (Year 2)

This is as above and all ECTs and mentors will receive access to material for the whole 2 years of the programme (ECTs will also attend year 2 sessions on the UCL programme)

You should also let your current provider know that you will be changing provider.
